StrategyAudit

Independent certification

Prove your track record survives out‑of‑sample.

Copy-trading and prop-firm marketplaces will list any record a seller uploads. StrategyAudit scores it first — drawdown, profit concentration, sample size, and in-sample versus out-of-sample decay — against fixed thresholds that are published, not negotiable.

A marketplace can tell a buyer “this seller made money.” It can’t tell them whether the strategy was fitted to its own history — the number that predicts what happens next.

  1. Upload a trade history

A CSV, or an MT4 “Save as Report” / MT5 deals export. Add a separate out-of-sample history if you have one — it’s the single strongest check.

  2. We score it against fixed limits

Every threshold below is public and applied identically to every submission. There is no tier where a seller can quietly lobby for a lower bar.

  3. Share a link a buyer can’t edit

The verdict lives at a stable URL, generated from the stored record. A buyer opens it cold and sees exactly what the audit found — not a screenshot.

A strategy is certified only if it clears all four. Miss one and it’s conditional; miss the drawdown or sample-size floor and it’s rejected.

Maximum drawdown
≤ 40% of peak equity
Sample size
≥ 100 closed trades
Profit concentration
top 10% of trades ≤ 50% of gross profit
Out-of-sample decay
profit-factor drop ≤ 30%

StrategyAudit doesn’t verify that a trade history is genuine — that’s a broker-statement problem. What it does is remove the two ways a real history still misleads:

The thresholds don’t move. They’re the same for a first-time seller and a marketplace running thousands of audits. Published, in the code, on this page.

The verdict isn’t the seller’s to present. It’s a page we generate and host. A buyer follows the link and reads the audit directly.
